Postage and Handling Charges

Postage on this website is calculated as follows:

$0 - $19.99 ($3.00)
$20.00 - $39.99 ($5.00)
$40.00 - $69.99 ($7.00)
$70.00 - $199.99 ($12.00)
$200.00 upwards FREE POSTAGE

These rates are for postage within Australia.

International customers will be charged approx $2.50 extra. We will be in contact to confirm the postage rates once your order has come through.

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently posting 3 - 4 times per week.

REGISTERED POST - We cannot take responsibility for missing parcels once they have been sent by us. If you are concerned, please ask us to register your parcel. A Fee of $3.00 will be charged to cover this.
 

Returns and Refunds

 If you are unhappy with any of our products, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.

We do not give refunds if you:

• simply change your mind, or
•  make a wrong decision.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods:

•  are faulty
•  have been wrongly described
• are different from a sample shown to you, or
•  do not do what they are supposed to.

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

All sales of Seconds or items on Sale are final.

Unless the buyer elects to take and pays for the Registered Mail option, then The Stitching Post is not liable to replace or refund any items lost or damaged during transport.
